Get an HPC Account
Assuming that your work group already has a project on MOGON, what do you need to do in order to get access as well? To access MOGON you need both a JGU account and an HPC account.
- If you already have a JGU account, you can simply join your group’s project. Please ask your group’s MOGON contact (technical contact person for a project group) to add you to your group’s project on this site .
- If you don’t have a JGU account, yet, because your group is not part of JGU, please use the form on this page to apply for a JGU guest account.
- If you don’t have a JGU account, yet, because you are an external member of a group at JGU, please approach your person in charge of accounts at the deanery of your faculty or at the secretariat of the respective institution. Then follow the instructions given in the first point above.
Do I already have an HPC Account?
You can check the affiliation with an HPC project on the JGU account website in the Access rights section. Once your project leader or technical contact adds your JGU account to an HPC project, you will see a corresponding entry there. Shortly after you should get an e-mail that confirms your successful HPC account creation.
If your work group does not have access to MOGON, yet, they need to apply for access as described above.
