To ensure we can provide a swift solution to your problem, please adhere to these guidelines as far as they are applicable to your issue:

1. Briefly describe the problem you’re facing. Be specific about what isn’t working as expected. What did you expect to happen versus what actually happened?
2. Specify the context in which your problem occurs.
   • Which HPC cluster are you using?
   • If you have issues with the filesystem, specify the relevant path and also the node from which you try to access files.
   • Which environment are you executing your job in (output of module list, maybe even env | sort)?
3. Include executed commands and error messages and attach relevant logs to your e-mail. Which actions do we need to take to reproduce your problem? Is the issue consistent or intermittent?

The following template gives an example.

Dear HPC Team, 

I'm experiencing an issue with job submission on MOGON. Jobs are failing with an error during the initialization phase. 

HPC Cluster: [MOGON KI | MOGON NHR | MOGON II]
